Editorial policy
Curious World Dispatch aims to be accurate, independent and plain-spoken. We explain the limits of what a general reader can conclude from an observation, and we do not present the publication as a substitute for specialist or local guidance.
Accuracy and care
We check wording, distinguish established description from interpretation and avoid presenting a possible explanation as a settled fact. Where a topic depends on local conditions or specialist judgement, we make that boundary clear rather than implying that one account applies everywhere.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions are made for their relevance to readers, not as a condition of a partnership. Any sponsored or partner material is clearly labelled as such, and a commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage or favourable treatment.
Corrections
If a reader spots a factual error or unclear claim, they can contact us with the passage and the reason for concern. We review correction requests and amend material when warranted, making the change clear where the correction is significant.
Images and illustration
Images are chosen to support the subject without pretending to prove more than they show. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; when they are, they are identified accordingly and are not offered as documentary photographs.
